Scotland, hi, I am highly gluten intolerant. There are many cereals, crackers, breads, and baking products that are gluten free, even frozen food. Glutino is just one.

Hi, I’m just starting out on this program, however, I have to have a gluten-free diet. Which are the best items to tick off in the menu planner for my diet as I cannot eat wholegrain cereals? Advice is greatly needed. Thanks L
