If you can find something that is all whole ingredients (note that the Annie’s product has some white rice flour) and minimal-to-no added sugar, that would be best. Still, your choice is among the better ones, especially if you enjoy it. |
![]() | Trying to figure out what is best for gluten free cereal. Can you clarify the best options. Plain crispex or what not. I have been eating Annie’s cinnabunnies. Which have sorghum flour, rice flour, chickpea flour, tapioca syrup, sunflower oil, cinnamon,sea salt, cane sugar. 3/4 cup has 1 g protein and 9 grams of sugar. Any thoughts or recommendations. Right now I eat it dry and drink water 🙂 |
