| | I too just started and it is very cumbersome to create a menu plan using the items selected- great example is dinner consists of both chili and soup? really? I was building this menu for my husband who does not eat lentils and beans, limited veggies, but will do many of the free veggies- so it really doesn’t seem to work. It is taking way to long to build a menu plan and grocery list that is reasonable to fix as well as shop for. I also don’t like a lot of the 21 day start ups,so went direct to the meal plan. |
| | Go to the “Apps” tab, then “Menu Planner”. You’ll be able to pick from the foods you like (Light blue is more healthy than dark blue), then you can create your menu from that. |
| | I just signed up yesterday and I want to get started buy can’t set up my meal plan. Why? Where do I start? I don’t really like a lot of the foods in the 21-day start up meal plan. |
