Each time you go to eat something, just think, “how can I make this better?” Like you said, “smaller quantities,” a little less each time. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Little changes add up.

Having trouble with the diet during the holidays and with changing over the refrigerator. I expect I’ll do better within the week. At least I can eat smaller quantities, maybe?
