Ossie-Sharon 4 years ago | Hi, @Rock_bottom. If you select “Gluten-free” in your profile, that will get rid of a lot. For the rest, when anything you don’t want shows up on your menu, click on it and select the “remove” icon (a red crossed-out circle), and select a replacement from the pop-up list. |
@Rock_bottom 4 years ago | How do I find a quick way to eliminate grains and wheat options from my food choices on here? I am new to this program, but I need to follow the orders that I’ve been given. Please help. Having to go through all of those options during the meal planning phase is daunting and it’s upsetting me. |
