Hi, Aimee. Sorry to read about your gain. I’m not sure how long you’ve been on the program, but a couple of things can be happening.
1. A shift in fluids could explain such a gain (very common, especially in women, or with alcohol or high salt intake).
2. If you are in good physical shape, you may need to switch out a form of exercise for something new, at least for a little while, to remind your muscles that you are exercising.
3. Sometimes people who have been on a diet for a while lose track of how portions look and they start creeping up in size.

I must be doing something horribly wrong! I gained 3.5lbs my 2nd week!!! UGH!!! I did go off plan on Sunday, but nothing that should’ve put me up by 3.5 lbs!!!
