Yes, you can use coconut oil instead of butter, but be sure not to overdo the amount. Coconut oil is not necessarily healthier than butter, but it is not worse. It is important to note that “healthy” claims on package labels are not necessarily a reliable indicator of health value, as they are trying to sell the product. Confusing labels are part of the reason people struggle with their health. |
