![]() | Thank you, I have updated my weight every week except one where I did not have access to my computer. I also vary my exercise on a regular basis. I have stuck to the plan again this week and have gained another 200 grams, do you have any suggestions please? |

![]() | I have been on the food plan for over four months and lost around 9kg. I have followed the plan closely, rarely varying it and exercise 6 days out of 7. About 5 weeks ago my weight loss slowed, where I started losing around only 100 grams per week, then I did not lose any weight over the last two weeks, then this week I have put on half a kg. Can you please give me some ideas on how to kick start the weight loss again, I still need to lose around 5kg. I love the food plan and intend to continue eating this type of whole food into the future, even when I don’t want to lose any more weight, well done to you for developing a great food plan. |
