I have been reading about fat burners and this has a lot of fat burners in it. You can also add vanilla for that is a fat burner too. And it Non fat powdered milk. Opps

I discovered a smoothie recipe that I believe would be very healthy. 3/4 cup of yogurt, 1/2 coconut mile no sugar added, 1T ground flax seed, 3T non fat dry milk, 4 ice cubs and 8 strawbberies. I buy fresh stawberries and cut them up and freeze them. I live in a really small town so the strawberries are not good sometimes. Make sure the yogurt is low fat. I like this one because its like a frozen shake and keeps me full.

Sounds great – just make sure the items fit into your daily plan (for example, the fruit and dairy allotted for breakfast).

Is it okay to have a fruit smoothie for breakfast or does it cause a sugar spike – fresh fruit blended with plain yogurt.
