MichelleLee63 5 years ago | I would like to have a fruit yogurt after my dinner (made with fat free natural yogurt and half a cup of chopped strawberries). One fruit is 15g carb, the same as 1 carb, but the meal planner steers me toward fruit in the morning and carbs in the evening. Can I swap 1 carb and 1 protein of my dinner for the yogurt, or is there a reason why I should not get my carbs from fruit in the evening? |
