Hi, jonellermaddock. Most people are comfortable with 2-1/2 to 3 hours between meals. It’s OK if you wait to feel hungry, but this can sometimes result in erratic eating that your body might not appreciate.

I am new to this site and I was wondering how much time should be between meals. I realize that I shouldn’t let my blood sugar drop so does that mean if I wait until I feel hungry to eat then I’ve waited to long?
