![]() | I only started my membership yesterday so I’m an absolute beginner. Like you I don’t think I’ll do their menus in the long run. I noticed breakfast is usually 2 carbs / 1 protein / 1 fat /1 fruit, I wonder if there’s a page where this is summarised? |

![]() | I just joined, and I like the menus, however, I won’t do their menus forever. Is there a formula of carbs/fats/proteins that we should strive for at each meal/each day? I really like the fact it encourages whole non-processed food! |
