Need low carbs added. Only cows milk. Low salt crackers. tortilla, corn and wheats. No more than 2 eggs. Not much of a fish eater, pork, beef, poultry because already eat small lean portions. I have got to be able to buy groceries that my daughter and grandson will also eat. Very low income with 250.00 food stamps for 3 people. I am sorry but a lot of the things you put on my recipes just are not possible. I eat fajitas, tacos, home made burritos if not some type of meat and vegetables. I need these type of things with 1000 to 1200 calories a day menus. Small portions are fine. I skip breakfast and lunch a lot of the time which I know is not healthy so I need meal plans including these type of foods.
