Hi, ThisGirlCan. To make sure your disliked items don’t show up in your meal plan, you need to generate a new menu after disliking them – otherwise, they will keep showing up. Regarding the recipe grocery list, I apologize that the grocery list doesn’t adjust – I will forward the recommendation to look into changing that. Regarding the week you are on, you can just click on the Week 1 tab or erase all of the ensuing weeks in the url to get back to Week 1.

My meal plan has a lot of eggs for the week. Very little fish on my menus. Also, my meal plan may call for 1/2 cup of a recipe but the recipe is for 8 servings. I can adjust the recipe, but the grocery list doesn’t adjust nor will it allow me to do so. Also, I had to update the foods lists several times as the disliked items keep showing up in my meal plan. Also, I am a return member. In one area of my plan, It is suggested I start making my own recipes since I am on my 4th week….halfway there! Not so, I am still on my 1st week.
