Hi, Ratika. Noodles are fine, as long as they aren’t made from refined flour. There are many whole grain or even grainless options (i.e., from vegetables, as well as legumes) out there that are excellent. With regard to Cheerios, it is not the worst thing for you, but if you can find an organic whole grain version, that would be best. Combining it with an egg would be a big boost, especially if the egg is the omega-3 or pastured type.

I have two questions in mind. Your suggestion would help.

1) I am a big fan of Noodles. But as i am adopting this new healthy lifestyle.. i understand noodles aren’t good for me.
But i do sometimes crave for having them. So i would like to know, is it possible to include it once a week? what if i make it with some veggies? what can i eat along with it to make my meal a little healthy?

2) Everyday in the morning..i usually had honey Cheerios with milk (no sugar added). I would like to know is it still an option for breakfast if i have a boiled egg white along with it? Or i need to stop eating cheerios completely?

Looking forward for your advice.

Thanks 🙂
