Hi, Rbekky. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again. The best way to get a boost is through physical activity. If you’re already active, then try changing your routine a little to wake up new muscles. If you’ve recently started exercising, note that at this early stage you may be swapping fat for muscle, which is heavier – so you may be looking better even if the number on the scale doesn’t change.
As for the recipes, you can swap them in for any similar foods in your menu. If you would like more help with this, please do repost, and I would be happy to work with you.

I’m currently using the menu that is created for me. I eat foods and make soups but they are not on that planner. How do I eat using the recipes on the site for breakfast lunch and dinner. Do I just pick a recipe and make it? I’m on week 3 of the trim down club and I have not lost a pound.
