I would like to include a food that works for me, I do have digestive issues and one of my mainstays in the morning is Peanut butter (natural, organic, nothing added, nothing), I use Smuckers Organic, creamy.
serving size is 2 tbs. but I use 1 Tbs. on whole grain toast (less than 1% salt)
2 TBS = 210 cal.
total fat 16g. sat fat 2.5g trans fat 0, polyunsat fat 4.5g monounsat fat 9g.
this is my second week with trim down club.
