Hi, Jaw9845. No worries – all of the foods are available in the US. Try Whole Foods Market or other health-oriented store, CostCo/WalMart or other warehouse-type stores. You can also try online at Amazon.com.
As far as the non-starchy vegetables go, you will find them behind the Vegetables tab in the Menu Planner application.

I’m in North Carolina and find that many things must be British so know how you feel. I don’t see asparagus, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, etc. or an I looking in the wrong place?

I just joined TDC yesterday but have noticed that a lot of the items on the food list are not available in Canada or may be very difficult to find. Can you offer substitutions for those items that may be more difficult to locate.
