Most of the recipes are wheat and yeast free and none include artificial sweeteners, and all of the dairy can be substituted for nondairy alternatives. The best bet is to get used to reading food labels and establishing your trusted brands that don’t contain any of the allergens. Eating whole, unprocessed foods will alleviate a lot of the guesswork.

I’m quite interested in the club; however, I first need your sincere advise.
My husband and I have just found out that are intolerant to some foods. He is intolerant to yeast and dairy, and I’m intolerant to yeast, dairy, wheat and artificial sweets.
We normally eat veg, fruit and try to find alternatives but it’s hard; plus we are both busy people.
Would the club provide/ suggest us with alternatives of foods in your recipes that dont contain wheat, yeast, dairy and artificial sweets?
Looking forward to your respond 🙂
Thanks!
