Hi, warner, and welcome. Yes, of course you can substitute. You can have a menu generated based on foods that only you choose if you use the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above). There is a tutorial inside, if you need it.
Just signed up, finding the menu created impossible to follow. Lobster for lunch? Just sub another seafood?
