Hi, William. Tomatoes are included in the broad “Vegetables of Your Choice” category included in your menu.

Can I add tomatoes as one of my food choices? I don’t find it in my menu or as a substitute.

Hello. For the
Sat few days I have been trying to change my food choices in the menu planner but cannot get passed first page of carbs. It always seems to freeze cannot move to other groups i.e. Fats, proteins, fruits and veg. Please help. If you can. Thanks cathy
