Yes, the intention is for you to eat all of them. If you want fewer items, you can choose between 2 foods that are from similar food groups (i.e. protein or carbohydrate), and double the content.

I have started the trim down programme but am confused about the amount of food to eat each meal has 4_5 different fôods do I eat all of them or how many of them doing have.
