Hi, MMBCaro. For hard cheese, you can substitute nuts and nut butter instead – for each ounce of cheese, try 1/2 ounce (1/8 cup) of nuts or 1 Tbsp nut butter. For soft cheese, you can substitute yogurt – for each 1/4 cup of low-fat cheese, you can have 3/4 cup of yogurt.

I attempted to eat the cheeses that are on the 14-day menu but cheese gives me migraines. What can I substitute instead of all the cheese on the menu?
