Hi, Pat. The intention is for you to eat all of the food in the menu, but if it’s too much, don’t fight it. Just try to keep the protein and produce. As for swaps within the same category – absolutely! 🙂

do I have to eat ALL the food on the menus? and can I switch out foods as long as they are in the same catergory?
