![]() | Hi, Chubbycouple. As long as you get in the same number and portions of foods from the various foods groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fruits/vegetables), you’ll be fine. If you find you are not progressing, please do repost here, and I will troubleshoot with you. |
![]() | I’m a little confused by this diet as well. I’m on week 3, just now choosing my own foods and getting the menus set up for me. Do I have to eat all this food? This is way more food than I would ever eat! I sent a message to the “contact us” and they sent me back a note to get on the forum. I hope I can get an answer here. |
