Hi, Lindamax. The intention is indeed for you to eat all the food. If it is too much, eat what you can, focusing on fruits, vegetables, and proteins (especially sources of calcium). I would be happy to review your intake – just list it here (with portion sizes and any additives).

Hi, Chubbycouple. As long as you get in the same number and portions of foods from the various foods groups (carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fruits/vegetables), you’ll be fine. If you find you are not progressing, please do repost here, and I will troubleshoot with you.

I’m a little confused by this diet as well. I’m on week 3, just now choosing my own foods and getting the menus set up for me. Do I have to eat all this food? This is way more food than I would ever eat! I sent a message to the “contact us” and they sent me back a note to get on the forum. I hope I can get an answer here.

Is it best to follow the menus by day or is it ok to do by meal? I have found that sometimes I am picking and choosing rather then following a day through.
