They are placed in response to the many Clubmembers who have requested guidance in selecting supplements, but certainly not mandatory. In general omega-3 from fish oils can be a big help to health-improvement efforts, but a steady intake of fatty fish, flax seed, chia seed, omega-3 eggs, and vegetables such as kale can work, too. |
![]() | I have just joined from the UK and saw that it my meal plans I need to have fish oil 2/3 times a day. When I clicked on the ? next to it I had to sit through a very long presentation which ending up just being a advert for a certain type of fish oil supplement. Is this true for everyone or just for my specific meal plan? |
