![]() | Hi, Sunshiningday and timfoley. NatureMade is produced by a method that makes the fatty acids not well absorbed, which is why they contain larger amounts for a lower price. If you continue to use this product, do be sure to close it tightly between use, refrigerate it and keep it away from light. Barlean’s is considered a better product. |
![]() | Sorry, Really Busy week. Thank you for your time and answering my questions. I am using Barleans Fresh Catch Fish oil. |
![]() | I was wondering some of the same things as Sunshiningday. I have Nature Made Fish Oil, 1200 mg, 360 mg of EPA and 240 mgOmega-3. I also watched the video. |
![]() | Hi, SunshiningDay. That product is mostly for people who don’t get a lot of high-quality fish in their diet and/or are in an inflammatory state (diabetes, metabolic syndrome, heart conditions, digestive or autoimmune disorders, etc.), post-menopausal, or obese (not just overweight). I would suggest to start with the food, and see where that takes you. |
![]() | I was wondering if anyone actually bought the expensive fish oil from the video? Is it necessary? I’ve already spent a few hundred dollars on higher quality healthier food. Will the diet fail if I just take regular fish oil pills? Am I wasting my time and money if I’m set up to fail anyway? |
