I FIND IT HARD ACTUALLY TO SET TIME ASIDE FOR MYSELF. AND I JUST REALIZED IT….. I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT GET IN SHAPE, AND I KNOW IT! I TELL MYSELF OVER AND OVER AGAIN. AND DON’T DO ANYTHING.
