Hi, Jenteachmom215. The gold standard for exercise with fibromyalgia is water aerobics. Do you have access to a pool? If not, then yoga is the next best thing.
On the nutrition side, there are a few directions. One is a vegan diet, another is a low-FODMAP diet, and yet another is the Mediterranean diet – these features can be combined, of course, and you can plan for easy meals through the fully personal version of our Menu Planner.
As for smoothies, you can find a number of great recipes here by entering “smoothie” or “shake” in the search box in our “Recipes” section.
