![]() | Hi, debcarbo, and welcome. Fruit sugar (fructose) is a problem with fatty liver if it is artificially concentrated (as in sweeteners), but not so much in whole fruit. In any event, our menus don’t provide more than 3 servings of fruit per day, and you can swap them for non-starchy vegetables to reduce your fructose intake even more. |
