Hi, Shape. You didn’t mention your gender (which makes a little bit of a difference), so I’m giving you a range: you probably need around 63-70 grams of fat (of those, 30% or less from saturated fats) and 180-200 grams of carbohydrates (and of those, 25% or less from sugars).

Soooo, how many Fats, Sugars, and Carbs am I allowed … to maintain 150 lbs – I’m age 60 and 5’5″ in height I’m trying to read labels and just curious.
