Hi, Glowfish. It looks like you may do best fasting during the first part of the day (i.e., the “skip breakfast”) option in the dietary needs area of your profile. I suggest to fast until about 1 pm, then eat from that hour until 9 pm or so when you have finished dinner.

I need help ?‍♀️ I work Monday -Friday from 4:00-8:00 so I am not sure when my 8 hours should be ? when I come home at 8:15 I am so hungry, what do you recommend please
