![]() | Hi, Jjahan. I suggest to group your first three meals just before sunrise, and your last three meals after sunset. Don’t worry about getting everything in. Most important is to get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and to be sure to have probiotics in the evening. |
![]() | I was just wondering how I would do trim down club during the month of Ramadan. We can only eat from sunset to sunrise. |
