Oh! So did I select it as part of the analysis in the beginning? I really like fasting and I’m really happy you have it as an option!

Hi, SimonPurple. Not all of the plans here include fasting. Our regular route includes 3 main meals and 3 snacks. Intermittent fasting plans can be used by people of all degrees of overweight.

Do all plans include fasting? I was wondering if it’s just for very heavy people. Vegan, 50lbs to lose

Hi, jlapayne. Part of the 16-hour fast is while you are sleeping, of course, so not all of it is during the morning. To get back into ketosis, just keep following the menu. It could be that your breakfast didn’t quite meet the criteria, and a lack of ketosis is just a temporary issue.

How long do I have to fast 16hrs each morning? I ate breakfast one day maybe that why I gained 3 lbs. I used on a test stick and I am not in ketosis anymore what can I do to get back into ketosis?
