| DSlaughter 12 years ago | I decided to eat 1 serving (1/2 C) of the Ezekiel 4:9 Cereal with 1 serving (1 C) low fat Almond Milk. Can this be substituted for 1 or 2 of the SWG slices of bread? Or is it different? |
