| | Hi, millerck. Raw granola is just granola made with raw ingredients – raw nuts and seeds, raw honey, raw whole oats- and not heated above 50 degrees C or 110 degrees F to make it. |
| | I don’t understand some food descriptions. What is raw granola? What is Brick cheese? Also, is skim milk better than 2%. I like skim but I noticed that 2% was suggested. |
