Hi, tawiah, and welcome. Any exercise that does not cause injury is welcome. Walking is the most popular, especially for getting started; we also recommend others for working on strength and flexibility (not to extremes, of course, just to get your metabolism up) – if you would like examples of these, please do contact customer service through the “Contact Us” link below, and they will help you.
As for intervals, most people are comfortable with about 2-3 hours between meals.

i have just began the programme.what exercise do i have to do?my second question is what intervals exist in between meals?
