Hi, jeanashbren. Any one of those can support weight loss. Ultimately, you get the same number of calories, but your body may respond to a specific arrangement. Keto is based on favoring fat over protein and carbohydrates to put your body into ketogenesis for appetite suppression and fat-burning – but not everyone processes fat well. The vegetarian plan is arranged to ensure you get plenty of protein from various sources, including those that may also be high in fat or carbohydrate. The low-sugar plan is the most basic.

would like some information on understanding the exchange view on our meal plans. I tried the keto and vegetarian and a low sugar plan and the values are very different on each one. What should we be striving for, for weight loss
