Thank you so much! I’m expecting to follow the meal plans because of my health and
needing to do all I can concerning what I can control.

This is my question. Under Exchange View…Are you saying that my calculations are in the program, so when I want to substitute something or change an item it shows me what’s available or not. If, so I think I got it. I have eliminated things that I don’t like or want as a choice from the start of the program and the rest is what automatically comes up for my selection if I’d like.

Hi, Brrb. You can see that information by clicking on the “Exchange View” button above your menu. You will see the exchanges allotted to you for each meal, with the total for the day at the bottom.
The exchanges translate to the following approximate nutritional values:
1 carbohydrate exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 3 grams of protein
1 protein exchange = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 fat exchange = 5 grams of fat
1 fruit exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates
1 vegetable exchange = 5 grams of carbohydrates + up to 2 grams of protein
1 sweet exchange = up to 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 5 grams of fat
1 free exchange = up to 5 grams of carbohydrates or up to 2 grams of protein or fat
At your current weight, you are allotted each day about 200 grams of carbohydrate, 70 grams of fat, and 90 grams of protein.

How do you know how many carbs, pros, etc that you are allowed everyday?
