 | Hi, Noreen. “Real time” was just an expression, not a function in the application. The circular arrow icon is actually in the meal headers, not the toolbar above the menu. |
| | Well I guess I’m computer stupid but I did not find anywhere on my menu planner where it says “real time” and when I go to my menu and push and look at the upper right hand corner it says “print” so could you please be more specific and walk me through this. |

 | How do I access the exchange list of substitute foods. I can find exchange mode, and sometimes the lists through links posted in forums but want to know how I access it through the program. Thanks |
