I can’t find the “home” area where my login name is to simplify my meals, I’m very basic. So I just want to better understand the carb cycling. Some of their products contain artificial ingredients, such as the sweetener sucralose, which can work against your efforts in large amounts. A better brand for sauces is “Simple Girl” (https://www.simplegirl.com/), which uses Stevia instead of Sucralose. |
