Hi, debcargo. The best evening snack would be a source of calcium, probiotics (good bacteria), protein, and fiber. This is usually yogurt – start with plain, then add to it unsweetened berries or cut-up fruit, plus a high-quality sweetener like inulin or Stevia (with or without erythritol). This keeps your blood sugar and insulin steady and supports your bones and night-time gut activity that benefits your metabolism.

Any suggestion of what to have with my evening cup of tea in the evening? I’m looking for a substitue for a cookie or whatever people have.
