Hi, YT2252. It depends on your health history. Are you sensitive to cholesterol in foods? Are you a diabetic? Have you had heart problems from blocked arteries? If yes, then an egg every other day; if not, then an egg each day is fine. HOWEVER, we do recommend that you select high-quality eggs that are eiher “omega-3” or pastured/grass-fed.
