Hi, Diddlywiddly. Each egg can take the place of 1 protein exchange (or 1 carbohydrate exchange, if you want to go even lower-carb than your current menu). You can see the exchanges allotted to you for each meal and day by clicking on the “Exchange mode” icon in the toolbar above your menu.
We recommend omega-3 eggs, or eggs that are “pastured” (not “pasteurized”).

Hi. I’d like to include eggs in my diet.But so far I don’t see any I’m in week 2. How can I incorporate them ?
