Hi, erikrat. Not necessarily, because they still might be given feed that favors omega-3. Here are examples of products available at a regular supermarkets:

Hi, I guess that this is eggs that are high in omega 3

I cant find “omega 3” eggs in uk supermarkets.

Would our “free range” eggs be highest in Omega 3 fats??
