That arrangement makes a lot of sense. By all means go for it!

We typically eat our evening meal rather late, around 8:00 pm and bedtime by 10:00 pm. Would it be better to get in Snack #3 around 5:00 pm or so? I am usually starving by that time of day. I am starting the program Monday. Just spent all morning today (or so it seemed) at the grocery store stocking up on HEALTHY & FRESH foods.
