![]() | Hi, PlexusMama (and thanks, Hsuzieq1622). When you click on “Vegetables of Your Choices” in your menu, you will be brought to a page with lists of vegetables, and when you click on the edit tool next to a fruit, you will get a list of fruits. However, note that any fruit or non-starchy vegetable will be counted as a fruit or vegetable – you are not limited in that way. Just be aware that starchy vegetables like potatoes, yams, parsnips, corn, peas, and certain orange squashes count as “carbohydrates.” |
![]() | PlexusMama, there is a list in the quick start guide. I don’t remember if it talked about which ones are encouraged or not. Sorry. Hope this helps |
![]() | Is there a list that tells which fruits and vegetables are allowed or encouraged? I haven’t found one. |
![]() | Hi, Hsuzieu1622, and welcome. You can merge your meals together so that you have only three a day, if that helps. One way to do this is to select the “Intermittent Fasting” option in your profile and generate a new menu – you can then have the meals whenever you wish and not worry about fasting for an entire 16 hours. |
![]() | Ok, so today is my first day on the program, and already I’m noticing the same issue that I’ve had with other programs. It seems like my whole day revolves around food. If I’m not eating, I’m planning my next meal, both what I need to do to have it ready and when I should eat it to get all the meals/snacks in for the day. Is there a tip or a trick to getting away from it all? I don’t want to be “constantly” thinking about food. Thanks. |
