Ossie-Sharon 11 years ago | Many of the foods in the Menu Planner that are not associated with recipes meet your criteria – i.e., nuts, yogurt, sandwich fixings, fruits/vegetables, etc. In addition there are a few combination items that are very quick to prepare, such as egg and tuna salads, that you can find in the recipe section of the website. |
litb 11 years ago | I am self employed and spend a lot of time either on the road or between clients. Are there any menu options / structures that do not require so much cooking and can be eaten cold – eg salads? I literally do not have the hours available for the preparation of all of the cooked meals – I am single and not cooking for a family. |
