Hi, gooseknobs. No, you don’t have to push it if you don’t have any blood sugar issues. Just be sure to put any calcium-rich foods/beverages and fruits/vegetables in other meals or snacks earlier in the day.

Is it important to the day’s flow to eat the last snack of the day?
I generally don’t eat after dinner!
