Hi, snyderyde. That can be OK, as long as you don’t overdo in general – i.e., that you don’t end up taking in overall too much food. Your meal pattern that you can see when you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu will give you an idea of the daily amounts recommended (and you can compare the exchanges to this list here – https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists). Your selections themselves are excellent, of course. As for every half hour, your body will tell you whether or not this works for you, so just “listen”!

I have a question. I started this journey 5 weeks ago, I’ve been eating the right foods and exercising and it’s going well. I try to follow the 3 meal plan with snacks in between. My question is would it be OK to have small snacks all day long? Small things like a piece of fruit, almonds, avo, carrots, celery, hardboiled egg, grape tomatoes, greens, etc. Eating this stuff is not painful for me, I enjoy it. You get the picture. So, is there such a thing as too much of these good foods? And, if I’m munching on these every half hour is that ok? Everyone talks about which foods and what they do and dont do but no one ever talks about quantities. Thanks for your help. Mike
